Celebrating the Dempsey Center & the Dempsey Challenge
“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give” – Winston Churchill. We live in an extremely generous and giving country. The total Charitable Contributions in 2023 totaled $557.16 billion which is a staggering $1,664.00 for every man, woman, and child in the U.S.
RPS Imaging is proud to support many great charities. Recently, we again took part in financially supporting the Dempsey Center through our friends at Concentra. Team Concentra has been a part of the Dempsey Challenge since the very first event. This year they have an extra-large goal as they are on the Road to a Million. Their 2024 fundraising goal will put them over our goal to hit one million dollars raised for the Dempsey Center.
The Dempsey Center makes life better for people managing the impact of cancer by easing the side effects of cancer through complementary therapies, counseling and other support services for individuals and families. The Dempsey Challenge is an annual run/walk/ride experience to benefit the Dempsey Center. It was founded by actor Patrick Dempsey and the next event is on September 21st in Lewiston, Maine.
