Hurricane Helene

When we post an article on LinkedIn, it is typical that we know weeks in advance of the message to be conveyed. However, sometimes a current event occurs that is of such a magnitude that you know a change is necessary. Hurricane Helene is one of those catastrophic events that takes priority over everything else.

Bill Lee is the CEO of Blue Ridge Imaging Technologies that is located in the devastated area of Asheville, NC. Bill is a personal friend of mine, having met when we were both members of the National Healthcare Distributors (NHD) over 25 years ago. Over the years we have become very good friends and stayed in touch by going to dinners, special events, and even church in Buncombe County.

To see the pictures and videos coming from this area is devastating. It’s times like these that we choose to focus on the positive side, seeing the best from individuals that work closely together to make a positive difference in a very negative situation. In speaking with Bill, he and his team are working closely with local Healthcare facilities to ensure that their efforts to provide timely medical assistance goes as smoothly as possible.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the families and individuals of all that have been affected in the Southeast.
