For the past eight years, RPS Imaging has been proud to support the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix by helping provide advanced diagnostic imaging for drivers, race personnel, volunteers, and thousands of fans attending one of America’s premier racing events. While the technology is important, this year we want to shine a spotlight on the people who make this level of care possible.

For the past 11 years, we have had the privilege of working alongside Elaine Ephraim, a true leader and respected professional throughout the Detroit metropolitan community. Elaine’s reputation for excellence, dedication, and relationship-building is second to none. Her vision and commitment played a key role in bringing RPS Imaging into the medical support program for the Grand Prix.

We would also like to recognize Dr. Trifun Dimitrijevski (“Dr. D”), the Medical Director of the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix. A renowned emergency physician with Detroit Receiving Hospital and the Detroit Medical Center, Dr. D oversees the trackside emergency department and coordinates the numerous mobile medical teams that ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved during race weekend.

When you combine the leadership of Elaine Ephraim and Dr. D, the dedication of the RPS Imaging Service and Operations Teams, and the advanced technology of Samsung Health Systems, you create something truly special: exceptional patient care delivered at one of the nation’s premier racing events.
