Reece Price receives the Simon Award

Reece Price, a visionary in the imaging industry, founded RPS Imaging in 1977, marking the beginning of his impactful career. His passion for the field soon led him to identify the need for greater collaboration among independent X-ray dealers. Twenty years later, in 1997, he became a founding member of Vision Imaging Partners, a group created to support smaller, independent X-ray dealers across the nation.

This 54-dealer organization has been instrumental in strengthening the industry’s network and providing vital resources to its members. Through Vision Imaging Partners, Reece helped provide a platform for independent dealers to share best practices, gain purchasing power, and stay ahead of industry trends.

At our annual Vision Imaging Partners meeting in Nashville, TN, Reece was recently honored with the prestigious Simon Award, recognizing his lifetime of contributions. His dedication and leadership have shaped the organization and left a legacy, inspiring future generations of industry leaders. Through his work, Reece has played a pivotal role in advancing the imaging sector and fostering a sense of community among its independent dealers.
