At first glance, your eyes might be drawn to the impressive lineup of seven brand-new Samsung GM85 Portable X-Ray systems staged for delivery this month, but the real story is happening in the foreground. These units donโ€™t leave our warehouse ready to serve patients without the expertise, pride, and craftsmanship of our service team. And today, I want to highlight two individuals who represent both our companyโ€™s legacy and our future.

Jim, pictured on the left, is approaching his 25th anniversary with RPS Imaging. He is not only one of our most skilled and trusted service engineers, but also a mentor who freely shares his knowledge to help others grow. We are incredibly fortunate to have his leadership, his loyalty, and his steady hand guiding our team. Standing beside him is Neel, one of our newest associates. He has a unique opportunity to learn directly from one of the best while gaining hands-on experience with our products before attending Samsungโ€™s training program. His enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are already making an impact.

Together, they represent the strength of our culture and experience developing talent, teamwork driving results, and a shared commitment to excellence. Huge thank you to both Jim and Neel.
